Where do you ship to?

We ship orders to customers in the United States, US Protectorates and the US Military using APO & FPO addresses.

What shipping options do you offer?

In the Continental United States we offer standard UPS Ground or USPS shipping for all items. Carrier will be determined by the ship-to location. For standard orders fulfilled by Ravenox, please allow up to 5 business days for processing before carrier transit begins, unless a different lead time is stated on the product detail page*. Separately stated expedited, supplier (including Printful), and Amazon fulfillment timelines continue to apply. Time in transit is estimated and determined by the carrier. Approximate time in transit is listed below.

Tracking my order

When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with shipment details, and a tracking number.  In order to expedite the shipping and fulfillment process we use fulfillment warehouses all over the United States.  Please be aware that in most circumstances your order may ship in multiple shipments and arrive to you from different warehouses.
