Job Summary

The Operations Assistant performs administrative, reconciliation and customer service duties. They work with clients by answering their queries and giving account updates. Assistants also review merchandise and fill customer orders. Among reconciliation functions, they may do record keeping, and reconciling accounts and inventory. Thea assistant ensures that the items and services to build and maintain our products are inventoried from specified suppliers and are delivered according to agreed terms and conditions. An important aspect of this role is seeking maximum value for the company through time and cost efficiencies while focusing on meeting production requirements.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

  • Interfaces with senior management to plan and prioritize production activities.
  • Reviews planned orders, creates requisitions for purchased items and supplies and helps manages approval process.
  • Transmits and prioritizes approved received purchase orders and supporting documents.
  • Tracks order acknowledgement, prepares and communicates shortage and backlog reports, and provides visibility of potential interruptions to internal customers.
  • Tracks orders and confirms system lead times, delivery dates and costs.
  • Reviews updates and maintains purchase orders until they are closed.
  • Receives supply and inventory orders and notes any discrepancies.
  • Identifies opportunities and implements actions to achieve efficiencies.
  • Assists in customer support and service.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual– Spanish and English; reading, writing and speaking proficiency.
  • HighSchool Diploma or GED (required)
  • Five(5) plus years’ experience in operations (preferred)
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite applications, primarily Excel and Word, as well as proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and CRM software.
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent people and communication skills (written, presentation and verbal)
  • Team oriented

Job Summary

Support operations by moving materials and inventory throughout the facility. Construct packaging boxes, pick merchandise, verify orders, label products, and ensure accuracy with each order. Essential functions of the position requires lifting objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights; bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, pushing and pulling, standing, sitting, or walking for long periods of time; able to use hands efficiently and effectively.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment (preferred)
  • Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments, lift up to 50 lbs., and sit or stand for long periods of time

Job Summary

We are looking for a Machine Operator to support operations. You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. You will be responsible for managing/supervising factory employees. *Interested Candidates should reply with the subject title: Ravenox Machine Operator*

You will also help machine operators maintain and operate machinery and be required to work with light to heavy machinery, using in-depth knowledge to produce quality goods and make repairs.

This Machine Operator will be reliable, capable of working under pressure, and focused on attention to detail while maintaining safety standards. On-the-job training is necessary to operate machinery, therefore a willingness to learn and improve skills is expected even with experience. Teamwork is essential to the overall operations and requires close collaboration with co-workers and also monitoring and encouraging communication among factory workers.

The objective is to ensure production procedures are carried out smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits.
