Keep a selected length of rope in a compact, lower-leg carry bag. Yates Tactical Rope Bags pair black Cordura fabric with hook-and-loop leg straps and a single drawcord opening. The leg-mounted layout gives you a different carry option from a shoulder bag when your planned equipment arrangement calls for the rope bag at the lower leg.
Choose the capacity for your rope
- Standard, Yates 454: holds 75 ft of 7/16-inch rope. Yates also lists capacity for 100 ft of BlueWater 11 mm rope.
- Large, Yates 454L: holds 150 ft of 7/16-inch rope.
Capacity depends on the specific rope and how it is packed. The manufacturer's 100-foot figure for the Standard bag applies to the named BlueWater rope; do not use it as a universal capacity for every 11 mm line. Select the bag around the rope you actually carry, including the space needed for its end configuration.
