Soft and Strong Multifilament Polypropylene Horse Leads
Horse leads are often used in conjunction with horse halters, and our Ravenox poly horse leads with heavy-duty bolt snaps measure 5/8-inch by 8 feet long. Multifilament polypropylene (MFP) rope is commonly used for horse leads due to its resistance to water and most oils, lubricants, and grease. This means it will resist rot and mildew and is ideal for outdoor use in even the worst weather conditions. The poly rope used for our leads is manufactured with color fibers so that the color is vibrant, will not bleed, and does not contain any harmful chemicals or dyes. It is also machine washable and easy to care for.
Ravenox poly horse leads are strong and durable yet have a soft feel that will ensure comfort and a strong grip. Ravenox poly ropes are made on 20 carrier braiding machines in the USA and have more strands of yarn braided together for a softer rope with more color uniformity and a higher quality appearance. Just about every other rope manufacturer uses a 12-carrier braider for this type of rope. This is the softest braided horse lead rope available.
The heavy-duty brass plated swivel bolt snaps allow for a quick, worry-free attachment and easy unclipping. The extra durable brass snaps resist corrosion and are ideal for use in all weather conditions.
