Heavy Duty Metal Rope and Cable Clamp Machine
These one-of-a-kind rope clamp machines are designed for professional applications where continuous rope and wire clamping is required.
This machine creates a tight and secure clamp by applying 5 tons of pressure. It accommodates single and double rope, as well as wire clamps from ¼ inches to 5/8 inches.
Made in the USA with only the highest quality parts this machine will last for decades.
Great for dog leashes, key chains, horse leads, bridle reins, pulleys, dock and fender lines, and much more.
Choose Your Die Sizes
The rope clamp machine will be delivered with two dies of your choosing. One for the front clamp (1) and one for the final clamp (2). Select your sizes and add them to the cart.
For ordering additional clamp sizes simply add them to your cart as well.

Warning: The two-button compressor switches require the use of both hands to operate the machine. This eliminates the risk of placing your hand under the clamp.
Parts not included that are needed for operation:
- Air compressor – Minimum recommended air compressor Tank size is 10 gallons
- At 10 cycles per minute, five ropes can be securely clamped and takes approximately 10 scfm at 90 PSI consumption.
- 3/8-in Air Compressor hose
- ¼-inch Industrial Air Compressor fittings
- 4 Bolts to secure the machine to a table
How it works
This rope clamp machine has a two-stage clamping process that operates off of an air compressor. The first stage provides an initial bend in the metal clamp and the second stage compresses the clamp around the rope or wire.
There are multiple die sizes that can be interchanged on the bottom of the clamp.
No tools are required to change the dies.
Initial Clamp 1 (Front Clamp)
This first clamp will bend the ends of the rope clamp together, but not so hard that the ends overlap. Choose between three die sizes for the initial clamp.
- 3/8-inch (will accommodate a 1/4-inch rope with a shim)
- 1/2-inch
- 5/8-inch
Final Clamp 2 (Back Clamp)
This second clamp will compress the clamp firmly around your rope or cable. There are two size options for the final clamp.
- 1/2-inch (will compress 1/4-in, 3/8-in, and 1/2-in rope clamps)
- 5/8-inch
